Ms. Huang Yingxue holds a Master's degree from the Faculty of Education at the University of Hong Kong and an advanced education leadership certificate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She plays multiple roles within the International Baccalaureate (IB) organization, including IB MYP Workshop Leader, IB Programme leader, Visiting Team Member, and IB Reader, bringing extensive international education experience and dedication to advancing high-quality global education.
Over the past decade, Ms. Huang has accumulated a wealth of teaching and administrative experience in international and bilingual schools. She has deeply engaged in IBMYP teaching, actively promoting curriculum innovation by integrating modern technology and multimodal teaching approaches, helping students thrive in a global learning environment. She contributed a chapter to the book Practicing Teacher Ethics, edited by Liu Hui, demonstrating her profound understanding of educational theory. As a co-founder of the "One Seed Plan" WeChat account, she has published plenty of articles on teaching practices, methodologies, and educational philosophies, sharing insights and influencing a wide educational community. Additionally, she developed a secondary school character education course that blends national curriculum with Confucian thought, reflecting her deep understanding of curriculum development and cultural heritage. Over the past decade, she has focused on curriculum development, student growth, and teacher training, delivering numerous lectures both online and offline, benefiting many educators.
Adhering to the educational philosophy of "Love and Fulfillment,” Ms. Huang firmly believes that education should not only cultivate students' academic abilities but also emphasize character education and holistic development. She looks forward to working with BIBA to help students grow in an environment filled with love and happiness, becoming future citizens with a global perspective and humanistic care.
