BIBA currently holds the following authoritative academic certifications: International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) certification, Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) accreditation, Association of China and Mongolia International Schools (ACAMIS), International Schools Athletic Conference (ISAC), East Asia Regional Council of Schools (EARCOS), member of the University of Cambridge International Teacher Development Centre (PDQ), examination center for the Certificate for Bilingual Teachers Competence, authorization by the International Association for College Admission Counseling (IACAC), and official authorization as a testing center by the American non-profit educational testing research institution ACT, and has established an ACT GAC authorized teaching center. These authoritative certifications provide a reliable guarantee for BIBA's academic development.
BIBA has also introduced the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award (DofE China) program, offering students a broader platform for growth. In addition, BIBA offers scholarship support through the "BIBA+" program and a comprehensive university preparation support system like the "Oxbridge Society" for older students. The school offers more than 200 extra-curricular activities (ECAs) for students to choose from and has established the BIBA Institute of Learning and Research to provide higher standards of teaching and research, as well as training for teachers.
