About Our Teachers

BIBA is proud to have a highly experienced and dedicated team of Chinese and international educators. Every teacher is a true practitioner of the BIBA educational philosophy—deeply passionate about teaching and committed to providing students with high-quality learning experiences.

Our faculty is composed of both Chinese and international teachers in a 1:1 ratio. Among them, 125 are international teachers from English-speaking countries, all of whom hold official teaching qualifications such as PGCE or QTS.

The average teaching experience of our teachers is 12.3 years. More than 75% hold a master’s degree, 18 hold doctorates, and 90% have overseas education backgrounds.

Our leadership team also brings extensive experience in academic management at international and bilingual schools. BIBA teachers have graduated from many of the world’s leading universities, including Harvard University, Stanford University, the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, Cornell University, the University of Pennsylvania, Berklee College of Music, the University of Hong Kong, Tsinghua University, and Peking University, among others.
